Performance Improvement Operations Senior Consultant

Role responsibilities

Identify business improvement opportunities by conducting operational assessments and shop-floor observations to enhance client profitability. Develop and lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver operational transformation.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field with at least two years of manufacturing or consulting experience. Candidates must be willing to travel weekly from Sunday to Thursday and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
