Project Manager - Market Research

Job Overview

This client-facing role delivers consulting and market research solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making. It involves leading the design and execution of primary research to uncover customer and patient behaviors, integrating diverse data sources to generate actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioral science techniques. Manage projects and may mentor junior colleagues, and influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains.

Essential Functions
• Leads multiple projects or single, large and complex projects and is responsible for sharing practice management responsibilities with senior colleagues including project team management and colleague development.

• Execution of primary research projects.
• Manages client relationships and liaises frequently with senior and junior level managers and professionals at client sites.
• Identifies and communicates business opportunities with existing clients and assists client managers and senior colleagues with complex business proposal work.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree

• Advanced English skills

• Solid experience working with Primary Intelligence/Market Research

• Strong skills in Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including in the context of client strategic challenges

• Excellent writing skills, oral communication, ability to convey technically complex issues to non-technical audiences and teams, attention to detail

• Efficient time- and project-management, proactive communication, team spirit

• Good understanding of life-science/health sector - plus
