Full-time Metzingen from today   Your mission & challenges You ensure and continuously develop the quality of our suppliers to maintain and strengthen our high quality standards. You systematically qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and support procurement in the selection and approval of new partners from a quality perspective. You plan and conduct supplier audits and process assessments to ensure compliance with our quality requirements. You take responsibility for supplier complaint management, analyze quality issues in a structured way, and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions through the 8D process. You support supplier approvals, first article inspections, and sampling processes while ensuring that product and process requirements are met. You define and monitor key supplier KPIs and analyze supplier performance to identify and drive improvement initiatives. You work closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams and act as a technical interface for our suppliers.
