This role requires a combination of sales excellence, project coordination and strategic account development.You will serve as the primary interface between customers and Eurofins' scientific and operational teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into successful project execution and long-term partnerships.The ideal candidate has an established network within the Swiss pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, understands the local market landscape and enjoys building sustainable business relationships while developing new opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Switzerland within the Biopharma and Biotechnology sectorIdentify, develop and close opportunities related to biologics and large molecule testing servicesBuild and manage strategic relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and CDMO customersLead customer opportunities from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, project implementation and follow-upCoordinate internal stakeholders, laboratories and project management teams to ensure successful project deliveryDevelop and grow existing customer accounts by identifying new business opportunitiesAct as the customer's advocate within Eurofins and ensure an exceptional customer experienceMonitor market developments, competition and industry trends within the Swiss Life Sciences ecosystemRepresent Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Switzerland at conferences, industry events and networking activitiesMaintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and business development plans  QualificationsYour ProfileDegree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in project management, business development, sales, account management or within the...
