You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to maintain financial clarity, support business decisions with reliable data, and build scalable reporting processes as the comp any grows.This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and direct exposure to leadership. You will be the primary finance operator, expected to run independently, build from scratch where needed, and deliver with speed and accuracy.KEYRESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Operations s ReportingOwn monthly consolidated PCL, cashflow tracking, and burn monitoring across 3 entitiesPrepare monthly investor update pack: financial highlights, KPI dashboard, and variance commentaryMaintain and improve quarterly budgeting and reforecast cyclesBuild and maintain management reporting templates that give leadership actionable visibilityAnalysis s Business SupportSupport the CFO on financial models for pricing decisions, product unit economics, and operational planningIdentify cost drivers and flag financial risks early — with clear recommendations, not just numbersWork with ops and product teams to ensure financial data is clean, consistent, and accessibleSystems s Process ImprovementUse BI and automation tools (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent) to reduce manual reporting workloadGradually adopt AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and reportingREQUIREMENTS4–6 years in FPCA, management accounting, or finance business partnering — startup or tech company experience preferredComfortable owning financial operations end-to-end with limited supportStrong Excel/Sheets; proficiency in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar)Experience with multi-entity or cross-border consolidation is a strong plusClear written communication — able to translate numbers into business narrative for non- finance readersDigital-first mindset: curious about automation and not afraid to build new processes from scratchHigh ownership, startup execution speed, comfortable operating in ambiguityNice-to-HaveFamiliarity with Vietnam accounting standards (VAS) or cross-border entity managementExperience working with Xero, MISA, or similar accounting platformsBasic SQL or data querying skillsPrior exposure to SaaS metrics: MRR, churn, CAC, LTVBENEFITSLunch allowance and work laptop provided.Full social insurance and benefits in accordance with Labor Law.Social insurance contribution based on 100% of salary.Bonuses on holidays andFree tea, coffee, and snacks daily.Team building programs, year-end party, annual events for...
