As a Telemedicine Post Acute Physician, you’ll work alongside trusted colleagues to deliver exceptional care and help shape outcomes that matter for patients and their families. ​Local Team Collaboration:We are a close-knit team of 50 physicians.We welcome the challenge of complex patients who are in post-acute care environments like nursing homes and need increased physician engagement, a cross-coverage model via telemedicine, and availability after hours on evenings, nights, and 24/7 on weekends and holidays.Our providers are located across the country and can work from home while serving a much-needed population in post-acute facilities like nursing homes to prevent unnecessary ER visits and unnecessary hospitalizations.Qualifications:MD or DO, board-certified in IM or FM with 3 years of hospitalist experience.Additional experience in post-acute/SNF is also welcome.Prior experience in Telemedicine strongly preferred.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a desire to learn.Minimum Compact/IMLCC and 3+ licenses. Preferences given to candidates who have a high number of state licenses and the Compact.
