We are looking for a Sales Pricing Specialist to manage and coordinate customer quotations for air and ocean freight services. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver accurate and competitive solutions for customers while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end quotation process for air and ocean freight opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive, and customer-focused quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders to obtain pricing and service information.
- Maintain quotation records and ensure data accuracy within internal systems.
- Handle quotation updates, customer inquiries, and changes in customer requirements.
- Proactively follow up on quotations and support the conversion of opportunities into business.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on customer proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer and business requests.
- Support continuous improvement of quotation and sales support processes.
