Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions, LLC., a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is seeking a LETC Instructor – Radio Communications to support training for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Intelligence Enterprise Training Academy (IETA).  The LETC T3 Course prepares current LETC operators to assist in delivering training within the Law Enforcement Technical Collection (LETC) program. This includes instruction on radio communication exploitation concepts, tools, and operational practices that directly support law enforcement missions. Responsibilities Present formal classroom training lectures on LETC radio communications and exploitation conceptsRelate instructional content directly to CBP operational use casesExecute practical exercises and technical training scenariosMentor students and support development of future guest instructorsEvaluate student performance and provide actionable feedbackManage classroom and training environment effectivenessDevelop, evaluate, and provide oversight of instructor cadreAssist with pre- and post-course support functionsSupport continuous improvement of LETC training curriculumOther duties as assigned Qualifications Active Secret clearance requiredSenior-level experience in federal law enforcement or intelligence operationsDemonstrated subject matter expertise in radio communications, radio operations, and exploitation techniquesExtensive experience directly supporting technical collection or communications-based intelligence operationsProven experience delivering operational or technical training in a classroom or field environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and within geographically dispersed teamsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience delivering 4+ sessions of LETC or similar training programsCBP, DHS, or federal law enforcement training experienceBackground in HUMINT, technical collection, or intelligence exploitation disciplinesExperience mentoring or developing instructor cadreKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Advanced knowledge of intelligence processes and technical collection methodologiesStrong understanding of radio communications systems, line-of-sight principles, and exploitation techniquesAbility to translate complex technical concepts into operationally relevant instructionStrong classroom leadership and instructional delivery skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate students and teams Estimated Salary/Wage USD $65.00/Hr.
