The Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP will play a critical role to lead the digital manufacturing ERP transformation within the Digital (IT) organization, driving innovation, agility, and efficiency across manufacturing ERP areas. This position is a cornerstone of the company’s digital transformation strategy, tasked with driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. This leader will manage a team of business analysts that cover order management, materials management, inventory, work in process and warehouse management. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Faribault, MN – HybridWhat you will do: Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with Daikin’s transformation goals and product-centric operating modelLead and mentor business analysts in developing and delivering solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Digital) to ensure manufacturing processes and deliverables are integrated and aligned with enterprise platformsOversee the deployment and optimization of manufacturing ERP technologies including:ERP systems (Oracle, SAP B1, SAP S4/HANA) for ManufacturingAnalytics platforms for actionable insights and decision supportCollaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and consulting partners to define project scope, timeline, and deliverablesDevelop and manage a detailed roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectivesDrive automation, digitization, and integration across manufacturing workflows and ERP interfacesEnhance business stakeholder collaboration and communication through digital platforms and data transparencyImplement tools and processes that support manufacturing innovation, performance tracking, and risk mitigationChampion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-centric designDrive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the enterpriseBe a key leader on the digital team to support the transitioning from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANAWhat’s in it for you:  Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much moreThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field10+ years in a Digital leadership role, with a focus on ERP implementationsProven experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in a global manufacturing or industrial environment working with large-scale ERP systems and transformations, specifically Oracle and/or SAP  Extensive Functional supply chain or manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and analytics platforms    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working within a Digital (IT) organization and driving cross-functional digital initiativesWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or...
