- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate routine and urgent communications between officers, client contacts, and/or first responders, helping to support timely responses to incidents, access concerns, and other security-related matters.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to track calls for service, equipment status, and follow-up needs within a fast-paced technology and communications location.
- Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring of site systems and perimeter activity, and communicate observed concerns to appropriate personnel for further response.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
