Our AI-powered parcel sorting solutions help logistics operators optimize space, improve throughput, and deploy automation faster.We are looking for a sharp, organized, and execution-focused Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager to support our product development initiatives and help shape the next generation of robotics solutions.Role OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business. You will help convert ideas into clear requirements, drive execution through agile processes, coordinate across teams, and strengthen product documentation and customer feedback loops.This is ideal for someone who enjoys structure in chaos, asks smart questions, and can turn scattered inputs into actionable plans.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development SupportAssist in defining product features and requirements for new and existing productsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunitiesDevelop user personas, user journeys, and workflows to better understand customer needsSupport creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specs, and use casesWork with engineering teams to translate requirements into development backlogsParticipate in sprint planning and track execution progressAgile Process FacilitationAct as Scrum Master for assigned product clusters or modulesFacilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure adherence to agile practices and product development processesMonitor sprint velocity, blockers, and execution risksImprove backlog quality, prioritization hygiene, and workflow clarityProduct Understanding & AnalysisBuild strong understanding of Unbox Robotics products, workflows, and system architectureIdentify usability issues, feature gaps, and improvement opportunitiesMaintain internal product documentation, release notes, and feature librariesSupport product testing, validation, and readiness activitiesCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teamsGather and organize product feedback from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into structured product requirementsSupport internal communication of roadmap updates and feature releasesCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementSupport customer demos, pilot discussions, and product presentationsParticipate in customer calls to gather product insights and pain pointsRespond to internal product-related queries through coordination with relevant teamsHelp communicate product capabilities clearly and accuratelyMust HavesStrong product thinking and structured problem-solvingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work with cross-functional stakeholdersBasic technical understanding of software / hardware systemsFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesComfort using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Sheets, Notion, etc.Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple moving prioritiesGood to HaveExposure to robotics, warehouse automation, logistics tech, or industrial systemsMechatronics knowledgeHardware prototyping exposureSQL / dashboarding / analytics familiarityStartup experiencePrior experience in B2B product environmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Product Design, Operations, or related fieldsPreferred branches: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial EngineeringInternship or work experience in Product Management, Consulting, Startups, SaaS, Robotics, or...
