CNA: Full-time $1000 Bonus

Full Time shifts available: Day (6a-2p), Evening (2p-10p), Night (10p-6a)

 

Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to)

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to licensed nursing staff

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance

  • Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment while following safety procedures

  • Support residents in maintaining independence and participating in social and recreational activities

  • Measure and record vital signs, weights, food and fluid intake, and other resident information as directed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

  • Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers through professional and respectful communication

  • Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuing education activities as required

     

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Kansas

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience)

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
