Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detailStrong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to quality in brand design and experiential marketingExperience with budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, and event technology platforms/tools and experience coordinating virtual, hybrid, or large-scale eventsProficiency in leveraging automation, reporting tools, and AI-enabled assistants to enhance workflow efficiency and insightsFamiliarity with event technology platforms, registration tools, and CRM systems and experience using automation tools, reporting dashboards, and AI assistants to support event workflowsBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
