Manager Retail Sales Insights and Analytics

Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales Analysts and other analytical resources. Establish priorities, workload management, and development plans for team members. Build a high-performance culture focused on insight generation, business impact, and customer support. Ensure analytical consistency, quality standards, and best practices across the team. Use a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Understands the business and organizational environment and shows interest in adapting to their culture and ways of working. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 2-5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, sales analytics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience working with retailer sales data and syndicated datasets preferred (Circana, NielsenIQ, retailer POS data, etc.). Experience supporting customer sales, category management, or revenue growth teams preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 5-10+ years of experience in CPG analytics, category management, sales strategy, customer insights, or commercial analytics. Experience supporting major retail customers and customer-facing sales organizations. Strong understanding of retailer sales data, syndicated data, and customer planning processes. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Circana, NielsenIQ, retailer POS data, or equivalent sources. Ability to connect multiple data sources into meaningful business recommendations. Develop executive-level narratives that explain performance drivers and recommend actions. Prepare executive summaries, insights reports, and strategic business reviews.
