As a Seasonal General Labourer, you will be expected to support various aspects of our manufacturing and production processes—and to perform operations that include the safe operation of equipment to perform tasks related to the assembly and production of such iconic brands as Aylmer, Hunts, Manwich and Rotel.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforming various tasks related to the assembly and production of Conagra Brands products—including operating machinery, packaging, labeling, and so forth; and all with a focus on safe food-handling practices (training provided)Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards; and promptly reporting any defects or issues to supervisorsAdhering to all safety protocols and guidelines; immediately reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisorsWorking collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintaining a positive and efficient working environmentConsistently following company policies and procedures, e.g., attendance, punctuality, and meeting other safe workplace expectations.QualificationsAbility to perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods of time, and willingness to work overtime when required.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Hard-working team player with a commitment to quality and safety.Willingness to cross-train, adapt to changes in production schedules or job assignments, and perform different tasks as needed.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties...
