Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to maintain high standards of service delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to drive project progress and achieve desired outcomes efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address concerns and requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls, Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced Financial Controls, Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to configure and manage access controls and security policies effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues in Oracle Cloud GRC.
- Familiarity with security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
