We’re looking for a motivated Press Helper on our 3rd shift to help keep our printing presses running smoothly and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.What You’ll Do:Support the daily operation of web presses and ensure smooth production flow.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized press area.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials like ink, paper, and plates are ready to go.Assist in quality checks — inspecting printed materials for accuracy in color, registration, and specifications every 15 minutes.Step in to run the press when the operator is on breaks, lunches, or PTO.Help with setup and maintenance tasks such as washing blankets, plates, and fountains.Prepare and load roll stock for printing and inspect rolls for defects.Accurately record production data, materials used, and downtime.Perform light preventive maintenance and keep equipment ready for the next run.Safely move materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs) as needed.Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.What We’re Looking For:A team player with great attention to detail.Someone who can stay organized and focused in a busy environment.Willingness to learn and take initiative.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Supportive, team-based environment where your contributions matter.Competitive pay with shift differentials and potential for increases based on skill mastery.Great benefits after 30 days – including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more!QualificationsExperience Requirements:Ability to operate press without supervision3+ years prior production machine operating experienceMust be able to identify colors and imperfectionsMust display excellent work habits willingness to be a team playerProven track record in waste reduction and profit improvementMust have strong analytical skills independent thinking and written and verbal communications skillsAdditional InformationHourly Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hourly + $1.75 Shift differentialSchedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 amApplications will be accepted until the posted deadline Thursday July 30th, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
