DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Analyst II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. Working in an agile environment, you'll help define and document business requirements, create user stories, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to critical business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in business analysis PLM application support, requirements gathering, and process improvement
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application, workflow, and user issues.
• Monitor system health, performance, and application availability.
• Support Teamcenter administration activities, including user management, access control, and role assignments.
• Assist with Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
• Configure and maintain workflows, datasets, item types, BOM structures, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
