Finance Senior Analyst - 12 months contract

Job Description

• Project work coordination / APAC-wide project deliveries
• APAC Finance deliverables coordination
• Participate in enhancements initiatives to the APAC Finance reporting processes / structures
• Regular liaison with Platform Finance / Controller teams / APAC Finance
• Running month-end controls and checks
• Preparing minutes for the meetings (controllers meeting, APAC Attestation Committee, month-end close calls)
• Transits open / close forms, coordination, verification and monitoring of execution
• Coordination of Risk packs
• Submission of ALCO pack to Corporate Treasury
• Maintaining PEGA Balance Sheet attestation structure
• Releasing PEGA attestation tasks
• Monitor and prepare interim attestation reports, including material for attestation meeting (“RWE call”)
• Intragroup reconciliations
• Updating APAC Attestation Committee material
• Head Office reporting
• Maintaining APAC HUB connect site and sharepoint
• BRAG (APAC wide) and Risk Assessment (Capital Markets and Treasury Services) updates coordination
• Coordination of aging reports and SOD scorecards
