We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise platforms in multi-instance environmentsStrong expertise with GitHub products including GitHub Enterprise, GitHub CoPilot, and GitHub ActionsProven ability to design, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and TektonAdvanced scripting capability in JavaScript, Python, or Java/SpringBoot for automation and workflow optimizationDeep understanding of REST APIs, including GitHub APIs, for integration, automation, and platform customizationExperience working with PostgreSQL or Spanner databases for platform and application supportHands-on experience supporting Linux environments and container technologies such as Kubernetes and DockerClear understanding of authentication protocols including OAuth2, OpenID, and integration experience with Azure Active Directory APIsFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), OpenShift, FOSSA, or similar cloud and CI/CD technologiesExposure to AI/ML bot development or security toolingKnowledge of MCP server maintenance and configuration best practicesDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
