Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Specialist to serve as the critical link between Growth Marketing, Field Marketing and Inside Sales. This role is responsible for driving alignment across go-to-market teams, enabling effective lead management processes, supporting strategic demand generation programs, and ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a deep understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and sales engagement processes. Success in this role requires operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Growth Marketing and the SDR/ISR organisation, ensuring alignment on pipeline generation priorities, campaign objectives, messaging, and lead follow-up expectations.
  • Lead SDR readiness and enablement efforts through regular communications, campaign briefings, and execution planning sessions.
  • Own the execution of pipeline acceleration initiatives, including Prospecting Weeks, Sales Blitzes, Call-Out Days, and other outbound sales plays designed to generate meetings and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Define campaign focus areas, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and success metrics for SDR-led demand generation programs.
  • Partner with SDR leadership to drive accountability around marketing-generated leads, follow-up activity, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage lead flow and lead management processes within Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and optimisation of AQL-to-TQL conversion rates.
  • Oversee appointment-setting programmes delivered through external partners such as MemoryBlue, including campaign planning, target account selection, performance tracking, and optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Sales leadership, and SDR teams to ensure successful programme execution and measurable impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure campaign performance, lead conversion, SDR engagement, sourced pipeline, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Analyse programme effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Proven experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Lead Management, or a similar go-to-market function.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation strategies, campaign execution, and pipeline creation.
  • Experience working closely with or supporting SDR/ISR organisations, including outbound prospecting and appointment-setting motions.
  • Experience managing lead funnels, lead routing processes, lead quality, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated programme management experience, including planning, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for lead management, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement technologies such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset, high attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting global or regional SDR/ISR organisations within a high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Familiarity with intent-data and account-based marketing platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, or similar solutions.
  • Experience managing third-party appointment-setting providers and outsourced demand generation programmes.
  • Knowledge of modern sales development methodologies, pipeline generation best practices, and lead management frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing Operations teams on lead flow, attribution, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in lead conversion rates, SDR productivity, and sourced pipeline generation.
  • Experience within cybersecurity, data management, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments is highly desirable.
