At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do.Job DescriptionWho You’ll Work WithThe Quality Engineer will work with the cross-functional team which includes Hardware, Software, Mechanical, MFG, Test and Supply Chain teams, and will be reporting to Quality Engineering Manager. What You’ll DoEstablish quality standards and KPIs for products and processes.Play a crucial role in developing and implementing an effective QMS within the organization.Work closely with cross-functional teams including HW, SW and Component Engineering, MFG, Failure Analysis, and supply chain to identify and mitigate quality issues and risks.Develop/Enhance supplier audit processes to ensure high-quality standards.Contribute to supplier SBR/QBRDrive investigations through tiger teams for quality issues and achieve RCA and drive CLCA.Drive 8D process to identify and address quality issues and/or process improvements for NPI, production & sustaining.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
