Role responsibilities
Design and build autonomous AI-development infrastructure, including AI harnesses and context engineering systems, to accelerate engineering velocity. Develop workflow automation and reusable tooling to integrate AI assistance into CI/CD pipelines and code review processes.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in building developer tooling and hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
