As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to understand their operations, configure our AI platform to their needs, and ensure successful deployments. This is a client-facing technical role for engineers who love solving real problems with real people. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our clients. You'll work directly with customers to understand their facilities management workflows, configure our AI platform to their needs, and ensure successful deployments from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
