You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. This role is for the core Vault CRM application which includes areas such as AI Agents, Account Management, Interaction Planning and Recording, Next Best Actions, Engagement Channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Portals, and much more.
