It offers people with disabilities an opportunity to enhance their technical and interpersonal skills, thereby equipping them with a competitive edge for future employment opportunities, both within and outside of Microsoft, upon completion of the program. Participants will be assigned to project-based roles that contribute significantly to our business objectives and/or enhance current processes.Please note that only individuals with disabilities are eligible to participate in this development program.
