The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. This includes putting in place the right process / tools with our suppliers / internal stakeholders, and working directly with suppliers to resolve supply challenges. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your supplier management experience and provide platform for growth into future supply chain leadership roles.   • Managing sourcing strategy with your team and engage directly with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any supply issues  • Working closely with suppliers, you will remove obstacles and provide resources to create a favorable supply chain, review staffing, and influence supplier selection.  • You will serve as an expert in tools and processes for managing supply and driving improvements, summarizing complex systems for senior leaders and overseeing standardization.
