Western Region Marketing Specialist (Remote)
About the Role
P3 Services is a fast-growing home services company operating across multiple states. We’re looking for a Western Region Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation across multiple brands in Washington, Colorado, and Texas.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll manage marketing performance across several businesses—not just one. You’ll work with a team of channel experts while owning performance insights, recommendations, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor daily lead performance across multiple businesses and marketing channels
- Identify trends, flag issues early, and prioritize where attention is needed
- Present weekly performance reports (leads, spend, revenue, ROAS)
- Partner with OpCo leaders and act as their go-to marketing contact
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Coordinate across channels: Google Ads, LSA, Yelp, Angi, Meta, SEO, and direct mail
- Support campaign execution and collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- Conduct research and identify opportunities to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in home services marketing (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
OR 5+ years in multi-location or local marketing - Experience managing multiple accounts or locations at once
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LSA, and paid media performance
- Understanding of SEO and local search
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Clear communicator who can simplify data for non-marketing teams
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Familiarity with tools like Asana or Smartsheet
