This role involves conducting essential testing and analysis to support operations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non-routine laboratory testing on oil, gas, and related products.Accurately record, analyse, and validate test results.Operate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure reliability and compliance.Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and safety procedures at all times.Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and support operational goals.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForA background in Chemistry or a related field (degree or equivalent experience preferred).2-3 years Laboratory experience is essential.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.A proactive team player with excellent organisational skills.Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.Full UK Driving License.Additional InformationAt SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
