About the Role The Workforce Transformation Partner Director is how TalentForge's promise reaches the customer: the trusted advisor in the room who helps senior leaders see what is possible and owns the journey from first conversation to realized outcome. This is not a sales role in the traditional sense, and it is not a delivery role. You own the customer relationship and the commercial outcome for a book of strategic accounts — but you win by leading with the diagnostic, not the pitch. You sit across from CHROs and transformation leaders, ask the questions that reframe how they think about their workforce, and earn the right to prescribe the motion: a TalentForge Lab to design the future state, then Platform, Studio, or Managed as the outcome dictates. The design and the build happen behind you. Your craft is the relationship, the diagnosis, and the disciplined match of customer need to the right motion. What You'll Own The relationship and the room. Own a book of strategic customer accounts as their trusted transformation advisor, alongside AEs and CVPs. Build peer-level relationships with CHROs, transformation leaders, and their teams — and be the person they call first when the workforce question is hard. The diagnostic. Lead with inquiry, not product. Run the executive conversations that surface where work is going, where the friction is, and what transformation is worth doing — and frame every engagement around the outcome, never the feature.
