Job detailsPowerToFly are supporting an exciting opportunity within an APAC Talent Acquisition organization, based in Bangalore. This role sits within a highly collaborative and fast-moving regional TA team supporting complex technical and commercial hiring across APAC. The opportunity is suited to a recruiter who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing multiple hiring priorities simultaneously. About the Role This is a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner position with responsibility across the entire recruitment lifecycle — not solely sourcing focused. The successful individual will partner closely with hiring leaders and business stakeholders to drive hiring activity from intake through offer stage and onboarding support. The role will involve recruiting across technical and customer-facing functions, including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, services, and enterprise sales-related positions. Core responsibilities include: • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple concurrent requisitions• Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders• Providing market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations• Driving recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining candidate experience• Supporting stakeholder alignment and helping influence hiring decisions• Managing recruitment data, reporting, and hiring metrics• Partnering with internal teams to support onboarding, internal mobility, and broader talent initiatives What the Team is Looking For:The APAC team is particularly focused on finding someone with the right mindset and operating style for a fast-paced regional environment. Key areas of focus include:• Strong experience recruiting for technology-focused roles• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology hiring• Ability to manage high requisition volumes and shifting priorities• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Confidence working with senior hiring managers and influencing where appropriate• High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professionalism• Data-driven approach to recruiting and process management• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating under pressure• Collaborative, adaptable, and low-ego working style• Open to feedback and continuous improvement The environment is metrics-oriented and moves quickly, so success in this role will require strong organization, resilience, and the ability to balance speed with quality.
