Skip to main contentOur CompanyOur BusinessSearch for JobsJoin Talent NetworkFAQsProfileEnglishSign InSingle PositionView All JobsMachine Maintenance Technician (12 hrs Permanent Night Shift)Singapore, Central Singapore, Singapore No longer accepting applications.Job ID3091411Job Scope:Daily equipment uptime of the individual process / equipmentTake full accountability for his assigned equipment.Maximize the utilization of resources to achieve high operating efficiency and productivity.Maintain sustainable manufacturing equipment to achieve targeted performance index.Contribute permanent solutions to resolve equipment issues.Contribute improvement projects on equipment up time, OEE, spare parts and costs.Build strong equipment knowledge base.Job Responsibilities:Responsible to conduct PM / calibration / conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment.Responsible to trouble-shoot basic equipment issues.Responsible to deliver the machine to production after every PM, conversion or repair in good working condition and in compliance to safety standards.To comply to safety standards set, during machine PM / conversions / repairs / chemical handling.To comply to the conversion and post PM buy-off checklist.To comply strictly to settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance.Responsible to withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.Responsible to service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain the spares availability.Responsible to work with the engineer on the machine setup for new product/material/process during the pilot run and ensure process readiness.Responsible to get cross-trained with multi-skills.Education/Experience Requirements:Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical CertificatePossesses technical competencies in his field of study. Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power-Point, Excel and Word.Knowledge of computer-based control system, electro-mechanical pneumatics applications, vacuum and plasma technologies, high thermal wafer processing is welcomed.Preferably with knowledge in dicing, grinding and wafer-bondingSkills, Abilities & Knowledge :Good communications and interpersonal skills, and good team player.Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Dynamic, resourceful, creative, innovative and self-driven.Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
