You'll be accountable for three things, and they reinforce each other: the people in your team, the delivery of your area, and the technology it runs on.What you'll do ✅People - Run the full management cycle for engineers in House of Trading , hiring, onboarding, performance, and development. Coach people at all levels and build a team where different perspectives and ways of thinking are genuinely welcomed.Delivery - help the team ship with quality Partner closely with the Trading leads and engineers to keep priorities clear and the team moving. Balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability, and represent the team in cross-functional forums.Technology - stay close to what matters Keep a clear picture of the technical health of the area: architecture, quality, and risk.
