As part of this team, you will have the freedom to work and make decisions independently, regarding how best to achieve your objectives. Next to working hard together towards our goals, we know how to enjoy time together outside of the office on team- and afterwork events.The position is based in Munich in a hybrid setup (2 office days/week).Your role in this journeyWe’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of Holidu’s affiliate marketing presence — starting with our platform on Awin.You’ll shape the performance and growth of our affiliate channel, making sure our partnerships with publishers, content creators, and platforms drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and long-term revenue. You’ll act as the main point of contact for Awin, manage all aspects of campaign performance, and explore new opportunities to scale our affiliate program globally.On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:Own the Affiliate Strategy & Roadmap: Define and align affiliate marketing goals with Holidu’s overall growth strategy. Manage relationships with key partners, optimize offers, and ensure the program drives consistent performance across markets.Manage the Awin Platform End-to-End: Take full ownership of our affiliate network presence — from onboarding new partners, setting up campaigns, and managing creative assets, to analyzing performance and optimizing for ROI.Partner with Stakeholders & Affiliates: Collaborate with internal teams (Performance Marketing, Product, Design, and Content) and external affiliates to ensure our program runs smoothly, supports brand consistency, and drives measurable results.Lead Optimization & Growth: Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identify areas for improvement, test new commission structures or creatives, and implement data-driven changes to maximize profitability.Explore New Channels & Tools: Stay curious about evolving affiliate technologies, explore AI-driven tools & new affiliate networks and both spot and implement opportunities to enhance reach, efficiency, and automation.Your backpack is filled withProven track record in account management incl. building meaningful relationships, negotiating deal terms and driving partner growth; experience in managing affiliate media campaigns is a plus.Knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g. AWIN, CJ, Rakuten), tracking tools, feed management and optimization in a multi-region setup is preferred, but not mandatory.Good experience in data analysis through different tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, N8N…) which are our best allies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data but also to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that enhance efficiency.Entrepreneurial spirit: self-driven, organized, proactive with a hands-on approach, thriving in agile environments.Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them effectively without losing sight of user needs.Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them effectively in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent...
