Defines and executes the commercial strategy for Spain, ensuring complete alignment with broader business priorities and revenue goals. Provides daily coaching and structured development, empowering AEs through continuous feedback, pipeline strategy reviews, and active support on key sales calls. Recruits and onboards high-potential talent, delivering a structured experience that sets clear expectations and drives early success. Drives sales efficiency and operational excellence in partnership with Sales Operations, leveraging data to optimize processes, tools, and team performance. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Regional Leaders to feed market insights back into the go-to-market strategy. Fosters an inspiring culture of accountability, innovation, and growth, leading by example to elevate sales execution across the Spanish market.
