Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed. **What you’ll do** The Business Product Owner – JingDigital Marketing Automation is a core member of MAP team, responsible for enabling marketing teams across Greater China (GCN) to execute scalable, data-driven campaigns through the JingDigital platform. The role works closely with global and regional marketing stakeholders, data teams, and IT to translate business requirements into platform capabilities, ensuring effective audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, email marketing execution, lead scoring, and routing. You will play a key role in aligning global marketing strategies with local platform execution, enabling consistent and compliant activation across channels, including the Greater China ecosystem. **Key responsibilities:** + Own and manage the JingDigital marketing automation platform from a business perspective, ensuring it supports segmentation, email marketing, scoring, routing, and (omnichannel) campaign execution. + Define and govern audience segmentation frameworks across channels, enabling scalable and consistent targeting aligned with global standards. + Manage and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including scoring models, qualification thresholds (e.g., MQL), and routing logic to CRM systems. + Enable execution of email marketing campaigns by developing and maintaining technical frameworks and enablement of execution teams. + Ensure cross-channel campaign orchestration and alignment, including coordination with local channels and platforms (e.g., WeChat integration). + Collaborate with data and IT teams to define data requirements, support data mapping and integration, and ensure data quality and compliance. + Monitor and govern platform usage, identify improvement opportunities in core capabilities. + Support troubleshooting and resolution of platform, data, and process issues, working closely with IT and other stakeholders. + Define and enforce global governance standards, including contact eligibility, message prioritization, and frequency management across campaigns. + Provide enablement and guidance to marketing users, including documentation, training, and best practices for using JingDigital. + Conduct testing and quality assurance for campaigns, workflows, and platform updates to ensure data accuracy and functional reliability. + Collaborate with global and regional teams to support migration and alignment of marketing automation processes as platforms evolve. **What you bring:** We welcome applicants with strong experience in marketing automation – specifically JingDigital - and a passion for driving scalable, data-driven marketing operations.
