This role is part of the NI Global Marketing team, supporting the Emerson Test & Measurement business and its flagship NI product brand through localized marketing execution.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Contribute to regional marketing strategy through in-market insights and technical execution perspectives.
  • Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with Sales, localizing and delivering campaigns, content, and programs tailored to Italian market needs, including technical relevance for engineering audiences.
  • Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events and customer engagements.
  • Serve as event "captain" by driving audience engagement, event messaging, sales activation, and event content (presentations, demos, meetings) in partnership with the Event Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams, including Product Marketing and Industry Marketing, to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution.
  • Provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance.
  • Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training aligned with the marketing plan.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context.
  • Foster close collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region.
  • Share feedback and best practices to inform future planning and improve marketing effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or sales role.
  • Familiarity with the Italian market and business culture.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering audiences.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Must be located in Milan, Italy, and able to work from the local NI office in accordance with local Sales and Marketing expectations or as directed by ongoing projects and collaboration with the Italian team.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 37,500 - 69,600 EUR gross annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
