Additionally, the team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of service delivery and contributes to Zelis’ award-winning culture. Position OverviewThe Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing and developing dashboards and reporting solutions using the Microsoft BI stack, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft SSRS/Snowflake and SQL development. This role focuses on building scalable data models, managing data and report development and enhancements, and supporting production-ready analytics solutions in an Agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable reporting and insights, while contributing to the full development lifecycle—from data sourcing and modeling to visualization and optimization.  Key Responsibilities Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics in the SSRS and Snowflake platforms Translate business and client requests into applicable technical deliverables Build and maintain data models using relational databases, tabular models, or cubes Develop proof-of-concept (POC) reports and dashboards and evolve them into production solutions Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement data structures and reporting schemas Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and delivery Support testing, validation,...
