In this role you will support the Hardware Engineering (METAL) team. METAL is responsible for building firmware bundles, testing, validation, automation, sustaining support, and hardware failure analysis. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the team’s roadmap, creating a hiring plan to grow the team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, managing the team’s day to day workloads, and working closely with CoreWeave hardware vendors on advanced failure analysis.About The RoleYour Responsibilities:Build and lead a team who is focused on rapidly delivering high quality resultsManage day to day workloads, sprints, and long term project planningIdentify opportunities to improve process flows and speed through systems and toolsDevelop measurable goals for the team and ensure alignment to deliverFacilitate constructive communication across all teams, and provide coaching and counseling by mentoring, one-on-one meetings, and regular performance feedbackWork closely with recruiting team to attract and evaluate talentTeam ResponsibilitiesProvide sustaining hardware and software support to internal teamsDevelop and maintain tooling to support CoreWeave’s hardware/firmware automation...
