ABOUT THE TEAM The Client Relations Group (CRG) at Parametric is within Operations and is tasked with processing all client related activities while delivering a first in class experience. CRG consists of several organizations: 1) Client Experience: advocates for our clients in onboarding and daily servicing 2) Client Operations: Systems experts in activities and account management 3) Client Contract and Control: Contract experts and quality assurance experts and 4) Business Enablement: Product experts for new business and strategic initiatives. ABOUT THE ROLE The Institutional Onboarding Associate maintains excellent client relationships and ensures a positive experience for clients as they support end-to-end onboarding for Institutional clients and mandate expansions across equity, derivatives and fixed income. The Associate coordinates workstreams for Separate Accounts, Fund Investments and Collective Trusts, helping clients, consultants, and internal teams move from kickoff through documentation, account setup, operational readiness and handoff to ongoing service. This role requires strong client service, project coordination, attention to detail and sound judgment in a controlled, collaborative environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate assigned institutional onboarding workstreams, including timelines, documentation checklists, client communications, status updates and follow-up. * Serve as day-to-day onboarding contact for clients, consultants, Distribution and internal partners; prepare for and participate in onboarding calls. * Support onboarding for separate accounts, fund investments and collective trusts across equity, derivatives and fixed income mandates, ensuring requirements are documented and routed appropriately. * Partner with Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Trading, Client Operations, Client Contract and Control, fund administration, custodians and trustees to resolve open items and implementation blockers. * Review onboarding documentation and account data for...
