We are Axiamatic!About You You have strong experience designing and developing backend applications using Python. You have hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. You understand microservices architecture, REST API development, asynchronous programming, anddistributed systems. You have built and deployed systems on a public cloud platform, preferably AWS. You work closely with product management to understand customer needs and maximize the impactof what you build. You build scalable systems that are performant, observable, reliable, and cost-efficient. You are comfortable supporting the services you build in production. You are comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams. You are interested in learning, growing, and leading by example. Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, or AI-powered applications will be a strongadvantageRequirements Engineering graduate with 4-5 years of industry experience building and delivering enterprise-classproducts. Strong hands-on programming experience in Python. Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with NoSQL databases, caching systems, or message queues. Experience with cloud and SaaS development. Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Good understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Startup experience is a strong plus. Technical depth is essential to contribute effectively to engineering discussions and decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business requirements. A hands-off or “not my job” attitude is an absolute no-goPreferred Experience Experience building applications using Large Language Models or Generative AI. Familiarity with LLM APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, promptengineering, or AI agents. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools. Exposure to Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or production observability tools.Benefits● Hybrid Work Mode I'm interested
