About the role
Reporting directly to the Global CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the CFO’s office. You will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and organisational support, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and keep things operating efficiently.
The CFO is highly progressive and embraces emerging technologies and AI to improve decision-making and productivity, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working smarter and continuously improving how things are done.
What you’ll be doing

Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary.

Manage a complex, international calendar across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and key meetings.

Support inbox and correspondence management, including drafting communications where appropriate.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Maintain accurate, organised, and confidential records and documentation.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
About you
You may already be working in administration, team support, office coordination, customer service, operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
