Our AI-powered parcel sorting robotic systems help customers deploy automation faster, optimize warehouse space, and improve operational productivity.As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our commercial team and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & CoordinationSupport the Sales and Business Development teams in managing leads, opportunities, and customer accounts.Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information.Track sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups across ongoing opportunities.Coordinate internal reviews and approvals required during the sales cycle.Proposal & Commercial DocumentationPrepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing sales documents.Support tender submissions, contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documentation.Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within timelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information required for customer proposals and discussions.Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline trackers.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.Maintain records of customer interactions, opportunity status, and sales progress.Support forecasting and business review activities through data management and reporting.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and internal discussions.Support marketing initiatives through lead tracking, campaign coordination, and reporting.Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.Process ExcellenceMaintain accuracy and completeness of CRM records and sales documentation.Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational efficiency.Support implementation of sales best practices and operational standards.RequirementsMust HaveStrong communication and coordination skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood to HaveExperience in B2B sales environmentsExposure to robotics, automation, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or technology industriesFamiliarity with proposal management, tender documentation, and sales reportingBasic understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and business operationsEligible CandidatesDesired QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldWork Experience1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Support, Commercial Operations, or similar rolesWe ValueOwnership and accountabilityStrong execution and follow-throughProcess-oriented mindsetHigh attention to detailAbility to thrive in a startup environmentCollaborative and customer-focused approachContinuous learning and improvement mindsetWhy Join Us?At Unbox Robotics, sales is not just about closing deals—it is about enabling the future of warehouse automation.As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic customer engagements, improving commercial processes, and helping drive growth across global...
