As our Finance Manager you'll own the day-to-day finance operations end-to-end, from bookkeeping through to month-end close and reporting, giving leadership the accurate, timely numbers they need to make good decisions.This is a highly operational, hands-on role where you'll take real ownership from day one, working closely with our external accountants and cross-functionally with the wider team. It's broad by design, so you'll get exposure across many areas of finance and business operations, with genuine scope to grow your responsibilities as the company scales.We are open to candidates seeking either full-time or 4 days/week.What you'll doOwn month-end close end-to-end, including bookkeeping, journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, delivering accurate and timely numbers.Run finance operations day-to-day: customer invoicing, supplier payments, expenses and credit control.Manage the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the People team and our external accountants.Produce budget vs. actuals reporting and maintain our cashflow reporting, giving leadership clear visibility on...
