Asesor Técnico Recubrimientos - Monterrey

Objetivo Principal:

• Ejecutar la capacitación y el servicio técnico dirigido a la red de concesionarios, clientes finales y personal interno; con la finalidad de coadyuvar al logro de los objetivos de ventas nacionales y por división fomentando una cultura de trabajo en equipo, apegándose a los valores, cultura y política de PPG.

Localización: Base en Monterrey y cobertura zona norte

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Impartir capacitación técnica sobre productos y sistemas de recubrimientos PPG Comex a diversas audiencias: clientes finales, concesionarios, personal de concesionario y personal interno.
• Brindar asesoría técnica especializada para la correcta selección, preparación y aplicación de recubrimientos.
• Realizar visitas de campo para atender reclamaciones, diagnósticos y seguimiento técnico de proyectos.
• Elaborar reportes técnicos y dictámenes que documenten hallazgos, recomendaciones y causas de desempeño o falla de los productos.
• Fungir como enlace técnico entre clientes, áreas comerciales y equipos internos para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Dar soporte técnico a la fuerza comercial para impulsar el posicionamiento y especificación de los productos.
• Mantenerse actualizado respecto a productos, tecnologías, normativas y tendencias de la industria de pinturas y recubrimientos.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia de al menos 6 meses- 1 año en funciones técnicas relacionadas con pinturas, recubrimientos, construcción, calidad o soporte técnico.
• Experiencia impartiendo capacitación técnica o entrenamientos.
• Deseable experiencia en atención a clientes y soporte a equipos comerciales.
• Licenciatura o Ingenieria Química, Industrial o afín.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y viajes dentro de la región.
• es necesario contar con Licencia de conducir vigente y habilidad para conducir automóvil estándar.
• Capacidad para impartir capacitación presencial a diferentes tipos de audiencia.
• Enfoque técnico y orientación al servicio al cliente.
