We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies3-6 years of operational control, business process and/or business analysis experience with strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to interact comfortably with different levels of management and articulate/present issues clearly and succinctlySelf-starter and team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple competing prioritiesHighly organized and efficient, with attention to detail and excellent communication and project management skillsOutstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to influence, navigate ambiguity and drive consensus to achieve objectivesKnowledge of Moody’s rating systems, analysis tools and operational processesExcellent PowerPoint and visualization skills a must; knowledge of Power BI and other data analytics/visualization skills a plusProficient in Agile methodologiesDemonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldResponsibilitiesSupport senior team lead(s) in collaborating with key stakeholders across MR to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our digital transformation efforts globally. Stakeholders include Ratings & Research, Ratings Operations & Controls, Technology, Compliance, Government and Public Affairs, Legal teams.Participate in cross-functional discussions to implement new regulatory or other requirements, improve process effectiveness/efficiency, or remediate identified issuesDevelop subject matter expertise on the end-to-end credit rating processes, global regulatory policies and procedures, and operational procedures and guidelinesPrepare discussion materials and recommendations, document decisions and follow-ups, perform assigned tasks to meet initiative objectivesAlign initiatives and decisions across technology, digital strategy, and operational teamsCreate/update supporting content and training materials (e.g. communications, Guidelines, FAQ’s, presentations, etc.)Implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challengesAbout the TeamOur...
