Escalates non-standard or highly complex situations appropriately to management for guidance and resolution.  Five or more years of experience in high-tech sales, customer success, renewals, or account management.  Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level decision makers.  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.  Responsibilities Develop Renewal & Expansion Strategy – Partner with OCI and DP representatives to develop and execute UCC renewal and expansion strategies aligned with the overall customer account plan. Ensure internal alignment and customer engagement throughout the subscription lifecycle.Analyze Customer Consumption & Forecasting – Monitor and analyze customer consumption trends and forecasts against current UCC contractual commitments. Identify early indicators of forfeiture risk and opportunities for expansion agreements.Conduct Monthly Customer Business Reviews Lead recurring customer meetings to review consumption performance against contractual commitments. Maintain proactive communication to ensure customers clearly understand their usage, contract position, and available optimization opportunities.Manage At-Risk Accounts – Identify customers at risk of contract forfeiture and proactively develop action plans to mitigate risk. Engage customers early to improve retention, increase renewal rates, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Drive Expansion Opportunities  - Identify customers exceeding current consumption commitments and develop strategic expansion proposals aligned with customer business needs and Oracle growth objectives.Lead Renewal & Expansion Contract Process – Coordinate Oracle DAS approvals and manage quote/order document generation for renewal and expansion agreements. Structure contract terms that support both customer objectives and Oracle business goals.Manage Deal Execution & Close – Partner closely with OCI and DP representatives to manage the customer buying process from proposal through contract execution. Negotiate business terms and drive timely closure of renewal and expansion opportunities.
