We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies5-6 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within Structured FinanceStrong quantitative skills and analytical problem-solving abilityVery good written and oral communication skills with logical, well-structured writingAbility to coordinate across diverse analytical viewpoints  and work collaboratively across teamsHighly organized, disciplined, and efficient in managing workflow and prioritiesStrong team player with proactive, flexible, and ethical approachDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiencyDemonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationBachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in economics, finance, business, or other quantitative field preferredCFA designation is a plusResponsibilitiesLead low and medium methodology development projects and collaborate across teams to ensure analytical robustness and transparency.Lead projects using Agile principles to develop sector and cross-sector methodologies and assessment frameworksCollaborate with MMDG teams, other CSS teams and rating teams to ensure analytical robustness and transparencyAuthor methodology documents that meet internal standards and regulatory requirementsPrepare submission packages for Methodology Review Group approvalAssist with ad-hoc quantitative and analytical projectsEnsure compliance with internal policies and proceduresAbout the TeamOur Methodology Development Group (MDG) team is responsible for creating and publishing rating methodologies used globally across all sectors and asset classes.
