Reporting to the SVP Sales & Operations, Digital Europe, this role leads and develops a regional team of quota‑carrying Account Executives, with responsibility for both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.This is a senior commercial leadership role requiring the ability to operate effectively across multiple European markets, balance strategic direction with execution rigor, and scale consistent go‑to‑market performance. The role plays a critical part in strengthening Quadient’s position in the European mid‑market through disciplined pipeline management, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and sustained team development.What you will doOwn and deliver regional ARR targets across the regional MidMarket segment, with accountability for both acquisition and expansion growth. Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of quota‑carrying Account Executives, ensuring consistent execution and high productivity across markets. Define and execute the regional sales strategy, including market prioritization, territory design, and pipeline coverage to support predictable revenue outcomes. Ensure strong forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and operational discipline, leveraging CRM and data‑driven insights. Oversee full end‑to‑end sales cycle execution, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract close. Implement and reinforce scalable sales methodologies and processes (e.g. MEDDPPICC, Challenger) to improve conversion, deal quality, and win rates. Provide strategic deal coaching and participate in executive‑level customer conversations as needed, particularly for high‑impact opportunities. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure effective GTM alignment and execution across the region. Collaborate with senior leadership on headcount planning, hiring, territory coverage, compensation alignment, and enablement priorities. Lead regional onboarding, enablement, and continuous capability development to elevate sales effectiveness and talent readiness. Monitor and act on key performance indicators including ARR attainment, pipeline velocity, stage conversion, win rates, and AE productivity. REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated leadership experience in SaaS or complex technology sales, with accountability for multi‑million‑dollar recurring revenue targets.Proven success leading mid‑market sales teams, across both new logo acquisition and account expansion.Strong command of sales operations, forecasting, and CRM‑driven execution in a regional or multi‑country context.Experience operating in matrixed, cross‑functional environments and influencing beyond direct reporting lines.ADDITIONAL SKILLSExperience leading sales teams across multiple geographiesAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.Familiarity...
