 Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Agile BA – Operation Consultant! 

In this role, you will serve as an Agile Business Analyst (BA) - Operations Consultant, supporting regulatory reporting initiatives and operational processes . You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, perform data validation investigate reporting issues , and support compliance with EMEA and G20 regulatory frameworks. The role requires strong expertise in Regulatory Reporting , SQL , Data Analysis , Root Cause Analysis , and trade lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy , resolve data issues and support operational and regulatory change initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

• Analyse and interpret complex regulatory reporting requirements and translate them into clear business and operational requirements for stakeholders and delivery teams . 

• Support regulatory reporting processes align with EMEA, G20, EMIR , and MIFID reporting standards and obligations 

• Conduct detailed data analysis , validation , and reconciliation activities to ensure completeness, accuracy , and consistency of reporting data. 

• Investigate reporting discrepancies , operational exceptions , and data quality issues through structured root cause analysis and resolution activities  

• Work extensively with large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies , gaps , and opportunities for process improvement. 

• Analyse end-to-end trade lifecycle events and evaluate their impact on regulatory reporting and operational processes. 

• Review trade flows across multiple asset classes to ensure proper reporting treatment and process alignment. 

• Collaborate with technology teams to define functional requirements , support solution design and validate reporting enhancements . 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including requirements discussions , backlog refinement ,sprint planning , and user story reviews. 

• Engage with stakeholder to gather requirements , clarify reporting expectations , and communicate project updates effectively. 

• Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios , validating result , and ensuring solutions meet business requirements. 

• Monitor reporting processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. 

• Perform impact assessments for regulatory and operational changes affecting reporting processes and controls. 

• Support implementation of process improvements and reporting enhancements to strengthen operational controls and compliance standards. 

• Ensure Regulatory reporting deliverables meet established quality standards and compliance requirements . 

• Provide subject matter expertise on reporting processes , operational controls and data – related investigations . 

• Work closely with cross – functional teams to support successful delivery of regulatory and operational change initiatives .  

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Proven experience working as an Agile Business Analyst , operations Consultant , or similar role supporting regulatory reporting initiatives. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Regulatory Reporting and understanding of reporting processes , controls , and compliance obligations. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of EMEA and G20  regulatory reporting  frameworks and related reporting requirements. 

• Exposure to regulatory standards such as EMIR , MIFID, or similar reporting regulations. 

• Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to query , analyse , validate , and investigate large volumes of data . 

• Experience performing detailed data analysis , data validation , reconciliation and exception management activities . 

• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex reporting and operational issues. 

• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events and their impact on reporting and operational processes. 

• Experience reviewing trade flows and working with data across multiple asset classes. 

• Ability to gather , analyse , document , and manage business and functional requirements effectively . 

• Experience working with large , complex datasets and performing data – driven investigations. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Exposure to SQL , EMIR , MIFID , and other regulatory reporting frameworks. 

• Experience working with large datasets , data quality checks and reconciliations. 

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Experience supporting reporting transformation or process improvement initiatives.
